Cloud Data Center
High Availability In The Cloud

Enterprise-Level Uptime For Small Business

High-availability hosting keeps your websites online even when hardware fails. Instead of running on a single server, your sites live on a redundant cluster with automatic failover. If a node has an issue, your workloads are restarted on healthy hardware with your data intact. Storage and IPs stay attached to the cluster, so most incidents are measured in seconds, not hours. We combine this with proactive monitoring, regular backups and security hardening to keep your business online.

Built on Proven High-Availability Infrastructure

Our high-availability hosting runs on a CloudLinux and cPanel stack, so each website has its own isolated resources while staying easy to manage.

All Technomax dedicated cloud servers are deployed within the Massivegrid high-availability infrastructure, a leading data centre platform engineered for redundancy in power, storage, and networking.

Unlike some providers who write misleading descriptions of their resources, our CloudLinux OS, allows that each cPanel account can be put into its own LVE "cage" with its own CPU, RAM, I/O limits. More information about CloudLinux and how it works for you.

While no provider can promise zero downtime, this combination is designed to reduce the impact of hardware failures and keep your business online as reliably as possible.

All prices are in Canadian dollars

We run all client sites on our own high-availability cluster with 16 dedicated CPU cores and 32 GB RAM, isolated with CloudLinux and managed through cPanel. You’re not fighting for resources with thousands of strangers on a $3 “unlimited” plan. If you’re looking for unlimited bandwidth and storage and don’t know that these promises are just a sprat to catch a mackerel, then you’ve come to the wrong place. Our services are designed to provide real performance, true reliability, and a hosting partner who actually cares about your site.

High-Availability Hosting Plans

All plans run on our redundant, high-availability hosting platform. Choose the plan that gives your website the level of protection you're comfortable with.

Essential

$9.95 /month

Ideal for small business sites and low-traffic apps that still need uptime protection.

  • Dedicated Resources - 1 CPU, 1GB RAM

If you need more resources in the future you can easily upgrade to another plan.

  • Runs on a high-availability cluster

Your site runs on a high-availability cluster. If a hardware node fails, your server is automatically restarted on a healthy node with your storage intact.

  • Domains

Host up to 4 domains and 6 sub-domains.

  • MySQL Databases - Five

Managing MySQL databases and database users is easy with cPanel. MySQL is a widely used relational database management system (RDBMS) that stores and organizes data in a structured format, typically used by websites and applications built on platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal

  • FTP Accounts - Four

FTP accounts in cPanel are user accounts for transferring files to and from your website's server using the File Transfer Protocol (FTP). They allow you to upload, download, and manage website files with an FTP client, and you can create multiple accounts with restricted access to specific directories, which is useful for collaborating with other users like developers.

  • Email Accounts - 15

Email accounts in cPanel are professional email addresses tied to a domain name, such as you@yourdomain.com. The cPanel interface allows you to create, manage, and delete these accounts directly from your web hosting control panel. These accounts can be accessed through webmail clients like Roundcube or configured in external applications.

  • Backups

Automated backups stored on our servers. We highly recommend that you also backup your site and databases locally.

  • Monitored 24/7

Uptime monitoring with alerts so we can react to issues before they become full outages.

  • cPanel Hosting Control Panel

cPanel is a web hosting control panel software developed by cPanel, LLC. It provides a graphical interface and automation tools designed to simplify the process of hosting a web site to the website owner or the "end user". It enables administration through a standard web browser using a three-tier structure. Visit the CPanel Site for more information. NOTE: - This will open a new tab in your browser. Simply close it to return to this page.

  • HTTP 2 A Faster Site

As opposed to HTTP/1.1, which keeps all requests and responses in plain text format, HTTP/2 uses the binary framing layer to encapsulate all messages in binary format, while still maintaining HTTP semantics, such as verbs, methods, and headers.

  • 20GB Burstable Premium Unmetered Bandwidth

Our servers connect to the Internet on a 1 Gbps port, with 100 Mbps guaranteed and the ability to burst up to the full 1 Gbps when capacity is available. That means you’re not billed per GB and you know exactly how big your pipe is. Many hosts advertise “unlimited bandwidth”, but every connection has limits hidden in the fine print – usually in the form of throttling or “fair use” clauses. We prefer to tell you the real numbers up front, so you know what your site can actually rely on.

  • 8GB Dedicated SSD Storage Redundant Dell EMC AFA SAN

A 4GB hosting account can typically handle up to several hundred thousand files, as long as their total size does not exceed 4GB. It is more related to inode limits. Filesystems have a fixed number of inodes allocated at creation. It is possible to run out of inodes even if there is still free disk space, particularly on systems with a large number of small files. We have yet to see any website we have hosted run out of inodes, but this is the actual calculation that all linux servers employ.

  • Free AI Site Builder

The free version of Site Jet is available from within your cPanel hosting control panel. Unleash your creativity with a dynamic builder designed to streamline workflows, featuring 140+ customizable templates optimized for speed, SEO, and responsiveness. • Free SSL Certificate (A must for Google SEO Ratings)

If your running a website of any kind then Google requires that you must have a valid SSL Certificate or every time a user visits your site they will get a security warning. This certificate would not be suitable for a ecommerce site that uses its own credit card processing. We also offer commercial grade SSL Certificates at discounted prices for that purpose.

  • Commercial Grade SSL Certificates

We also offer popular commerical brands such as Digicerts, Thawte, GeoTrust and others at discounted prices. You can request a price from our contact page.

  • Website Statistics

Two analytics programs are available to view activity on your site.

  • Apache SpamAssassin in cPanel

An email filtering tool that uses a scoring system to identify and block spam messages before they reach your inbox. It examines incoming emails for spam characteristics, assigns them a score, and automatically deletes or moves any message that exceeds a customizable threshold. To use it, log in to cPanel, navigate to the "Spam Filters" section under the "Email" group, and enable the service.

  • MultiPHP Manager

A cPanel tool that allows you to set the PHP version for each of their domains individually, instead of using the single, global version for the entire server. This gives you the flexibility to run different websites on different PHP versions, which is useful for compatibility with older or newer applications. The manager provides an interface to see all your domains and their current PHP settings, and a simple way to change them by selecting a new version and clicking "Apply". The system uses hardened PHP so you can run legacy scripts 2-3 years beyond their EOL (End of Life). This allows you to delay PHP security updates while you or developer refactors the scripts.

  • Hotlink Protection in cPanel

A security feature that prevents other websites from directly linking to your files, such as images or videos, and consuming your server's bandwidth. It works by blocking external sites from accessing these files and can be configured to allow specific domains, protect certain file types, or redirect hotlinking requests to a designated URL.

  • Softaculous Apps Installer

A cPanel feature that provides a one-click interface to automatically install and manage hundreds of web applications, such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal. It simplifies the process by handling the technical steps, including uploading files, creating databases, and configuring settings, making it easier for users to install software.

Mission Critical (Starting At)

$89 /month

If your procesing needs are such that you need a dedicated VDS cloud server, please contact us and we can assist you with the right choice.

  • Our Mission-Critical plan runs on a VDS cloud server inside a high-availability cluster, not on a bargain shared host. Your site lives on its own isolated virtual machine with dedicated CPU, RAM and SSD storage, so noisy neighbours can’t steal performance. If the underlying hardware has a problem, the VDS is automatically restarted on another node in the cluster with your data and IP preserved, reducing the impact of hardware failures. Because it’s a cloud-based VDS, resources can be resized as your traffic grows without a full migration or rebuild. Combined with CloudLinux isolation, off-server backups and proactive monitoring, this platform is designed to keep important business sites online and responsive when it matters most.

Benefits Of CloudLinux

Isolation from other customers (noisy neighbor control)
CloudLinux uses LVE (Lightweight Virtual Environment) and CageFS to give your account its own CPU/RAM/IO limits and its own “chrooted” filesystem. If someone else on the server gets slammed with traffic or runs bad code, it’s much less likely to slow your site down or crash Apache/MySQL for everyone.

More stable, predictable performance Because every account has defined resource limits, a single runaway script can’t hog all the CPU or memory. That means fewer “my site was fast yesterday, but today it’s crawling” surprises, which are common on cheap shared hosting without CloudLinux.

Better security boundaries CageFS isolates each user’s files and environment, making it much harder for one compromised account to snoop around the server or read other customers’ config files. That doesn’t replace good site security, but it reduces the blast radius if another site on the same server gets hacked.

Reduced chance of full-server crashes With per-account limits and things like MySQL Governor, CloudLinux can throttle or cap abusive processes instead of letting them take down the whole server. The result: fewer outages that affect everyone at once.

Multiple PHP versions & extensions per account Through cPanel’s "Select PHP Version" (or similar), CloudLinux makes it easy for site owners to pick a PHP version and extensions that match their app, without forcing everyone on the server to use the same stack. That’s handy when you host a mix of older CMSes and newer apps.

Fairer resource usage and clearer expectations Instead of vague “unlimited” marketing, you can honestly say: “Your account gets up to X% CPU, Y GB RAM, Z entry processes,” etc. Site owners benefit from clearer expectations and fewer mystery suspensions.

Better fit for small sites that want 'semi-dedicated' behavior A small business might not need a full dedicated server or VPS, but they still want reliability. CloudLinux lets you carve your big VDS into well-behaved mini-environments that behave more like a small dedicated slice for each site.
